What is a hotel review?

Hotels.com displays the 25 most recent reviews for a hotel. To see your review, visit the information pages for the relevant hotel and go to 'Guest reviews'. The lowest score is 1 and the highest score is 5.

The overall guest rating is an average of all reviews received by a hotel (and not only those displayed). These reviews are designed to help customers choose which hotel is right for them.

Writing a hotel review allows you to share your knowledge and expertise with other travellers, in order to help them make informed decisions when selecting hotels for their next trip. You can write and submit a hotel review up to six months after the end of your stay.

2. Click on the link in your post-stay email.

 

3. Don't worry if you are not registered with Hotels.com. You can still submit a review by clicking on 'Hotel bookings' and entering your surname and itinerary number or credit/debit card number or confirmation number.
