    Write Inn Hotel
    I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They answered every question we had and even helped with luggage. Parking was absolutely no problem, and the hotel was only 2 small blocks away from the train into the city. Our room exceeded my expectations. Not only did it have the 2 double beds we requested but it also came with a refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker. It was a quant little place and I would definitely stay again in the future!!...More

    Days Inn West Springfield
    This hotel needs to be renovated. Once you enter the lobby there is just this old smell. There was writing on the wall in my room as well as peeling wallpaper. But other than that it was pretty clean. For the price, for one night during a basketball tournament, it was okay....More

    COMFORT SUITES TUCKER
    The hotel was very nice, especially for the price I paid. Very nice on the outside, fantastic location near target and several restaurants. We got into the room, it was also very nice, nice linens, setup, etc. All was fine until I went to take a shower. The toilet was net caulked, so it moved every time you sat down or hit it, the bath tub had no plug, and the shower head was ridiculously outdated. For having such a nice room, I guess I expected more in the bathroom too. The staff and hotel were still great for the price. Until we came home one night, got into the elevator, fifth floor door opens, and the smell of marijuana was so strong it made my eyes water. We went down the hall to our room and it got stronger, I could hear coughing and laughing in the room right across from us. This is a completely smoke-free hotel, apparently somebody didn't get the memo. I called the front desk and told them someone was smoking pot in the room across from us, she said she'd take care of it. Two hours later, nothing had been done, so my hubby went to the front desk to ask again, she replied that she didn't know what to do, the manager was off and she didn't want to call him. Not okay! I spent the rest of the night in bed, with the sniffles. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay. I just expected more....More
