    The price was very low for what I got in return. The hotel is very well maintained and has the feel of a much more expensive destination. The staff was super friendly and filled every request quickly. Check in took less than 90 seconds. Lot's of extras....More

    The location, amenities, breakfast choices and room set up is wonderful. The only thing I had a problem with was a slight odor in my room. I would recommend Febreeze or room deoderizer to help with this....More

    BEST WESTERN DURANGO INN SUITE
    the hotel was moderately clean, breakfast was ok, and the area nothing special but relatively close to Mesa Verde, our ultimate goal. What was not acceptable was the fact that the hotel management turned off the water at 9:50 a.m. for a plumbing fix. They credited us part of the fee, but it was extremely inconvenient to skip a shower after the previous day's strenuous hike. If they could have just let us know that water was being turned off, we would have made accomodation. All said, this hotel is not terrible, but nothing to write home about either: pretty clean, pretty close, generic room....More
