    New World Hotel Saigon
    You know it's a bad hotel when the check-in time takes 40 minutes and the manager starts selling upgrades to get you to the room you had already pre-paid for. They never resolved why I was overpaying for a room during my 3 day stay. I ended up cancelling the second part of my stay. Check-out was procedures were even worse. Took 1 hour. Included a ton of paperwork and the clerc was busy managing the phone and helping outer clerks and customers....More

    Hilton Hanoi Opera
    This hotel exceeded our expectations for a hotel in Vietnam. The lobby was gorgeous, and each night they had a 4 piece orchestra playing right in the lobby. The rooms were clean, modern and relaxing. The staff all spoke English and were extremely courteous and helpful....More
