The location is beautiful and it's a great spot for the beach and close to the town of Red Hook. Nice friendly area and lots to do on the beach. Rooms are clean but could use a bit of upgrading on the furniture etc. We enjoyed it and the location was great....MoreHotels.com guest on 2008-03-31

Secret Harbour Beach Resort
ROOMS WHERE NICE AND BIG GREAT VIEW OF THE OCEAN. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE OCEAN VIEW ROOMS. THEY ARE UP THE HILL FROM THE BEACH AND ALOT OF STAIRS TO CLIMB.THE BEACHFRONT UNITS ARE THE BEST.THE BLUE MOON CAFE HAS GREAT MEALS. The Westin St. John Resort and Villas
The island of St John is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic scenery and a comfortable place to be if you are American. The Westin is fine, but not great. Cleanliness and attention to detail are lacking, however the grounds and surroundings are wonderful. I would go back again! Rent a car and tour the island - snorkle to your hearts content at some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
