    This hotel had definite service problems....took two days to get my laundry back and no one could explain the bill. I've stories from others about problems planning conferences here. Still, the facilities are very nice and the location is convenient....More

    Best Hotel in Caracas. The staff provides the best service. Location is not the best and what they charge for in-room service, etc... is entirely too high. But you feel safe and they do go beyond what they should to maintain your happiness....More

    Hilton Barquisimeto
    Sounded good, the location it's very good and a very nice neighborhood but it was kinda hard to find... The room heater wasn't working properly, it's like going to a cheap motel in the middle of the road. Bathroom clean and the room seems clean but smells like humidity all times. Truth it's that I expected a lot more....More
