    This hotel had definite service problems....took two days to get my laundry back and no one could explain the bill. I've stories from others about problems planning conferences here. Still, the facilities are very nice and the location is convenient....More

    Checked in to extremely small room on distant wing, mirror in bathroom dirty. Took several phone calls to 3 different persons to get room changed. Not responsive to any requests. I have travelled extensively, and if this were the routine type of service, I would give up travel. Poor customer service at every level!...More
