    Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Billerica
    The hotel location is excellent, out in the country but within a few minutes to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful and the hotel and room was elegant and very clean. The best part was a yummy breakfast and the comfortable admosphere on the little eating room. I would definetely stay there again and recommended to other friends....More

    Hyatt Harborside Hotel
    Every hospitality staff person we encountered was great - very helpful with any need. I thought it was bit expensive for the quality of the building. The on site dining is over priced - I ordered a Kobe Beef appitizer that I'm pretty sure was not Kobe Beef. Overall not bad in a pinch - the staff makes up for any concernes....More

    Hilton Garden Inn Myrtle Beach Coastal
    Stayed at the Hilton Garden from July 3-5, 2009. The room was big, roomy and very clean. Amenities included: iron and ironing board, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, an assortment of bath amenities, big flat screen TV, very nice furniture, comfortable beds, digital a/c control. Bathroom has a very large, framed mirror with plenty of lighting for the ladies who need to apply makeup, marble vanity top (most hotels have subdued lighting in the bathroom. My wife and 2 daughters considered this a big plus), large tub/shower combo. Room was very comfortable. Ice machine just a few steps down the corridor. We had just checked in and had settled in the room when the phone rang. The voice on the other end was already asking us if we needed anything. My wife told her we would be needing extra bath towels. In less than 5 minutes, someone was at the door with a stack of towels, washcloths, hand towels, etc. I couldn't believe they had come that fast. Now that is what I call customer service. Our stay at this hotel was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Myrtle Beach area. Access to a very large mall (Coastal Grand) just footsteps away. Several restaurants within walking distance of the front door. Broadway at the Beach just a 5-10 minute drive. This is not a ocean front hotel. It is about 1-2 miles from the ocean. We found this hotel to be better than ocean front (especially during the 4th of July weekend) because ocean front hotel rooms are crowded and very noisy during this time of the year. If you want peace and quiet, great customer service, beach access and shopping within a 1-2 mile radius of the hotel, this is the place to stay....More
