aside from free internet, very nice rooms and bathrooms, great (free) breakfasts, and outstanding service, the front desk staff really helped our trip go well. Hassan and Berna at the front desk spent almost an hour trying to get a hard to find bus ticket and eventually came through for us. The hotel is in a great location for nightlife, shopping, etc. Much of the staff only speak a little English so at times I had trouble communicating. The view from my room was good, however the bed was too big for the room so I kept bumping my leg to get from one side to the other. The room was very clean and well kept.
