    Suriwongse Hotel Chiang Mai
    I loved all the exotic wood columns and trim, and the huge floor to ceiling bas relief metal carvings in the lobby! I loved the huge rooms. The bathrooms could use a bit of upgrading! The elevator quit on me one time between floors! Bottom line, this place is old and funky but it exudes a lot of fantastic old world oriental charm that most modern places seem to have lost! I think it's an incredible value for the price!...More

    Lebua at State Tower
    Great hotel! I had no idea the room would be so big. Great location at the end of Silom. This is where I'll stay form here on out in Bangkok....More

    Grand Diamond Suite
    I stayed at the Grand Diamond Suites for a recent work trip to Bangkok. While arguably not a four star by American standards (probably a 3.5), it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. There was a delicious buffet breakfast each morning (you can buy it with your room package), and a decently sized gym by foreign standards. The air conditioning worked very well and the bedroom suites were large, though the furniture was not modern....More
