Great location, pleasant staff, nice clean rooms. But not 5 star as was advertised. Free internet access is only available in some rooms and it's completely random who gets it. When we found we didn't have a landline in our room for free internet, we asked to be moved to a room that did have it. They said they could not move us because all the rooms were full, which seemed like a lie because the hotel was a ghost town that weekend. Also, the fitness room was a joke. One multi-purpose cable machine (which was broken) and 2 small dumbbells. A true 5-star hotel would have a decent fitness center....More

Austria Trend Hotel Ljubljana
The hotel is super trendy...complete with casino in the basement; however, the rooms were completely impractical and not very functional. The Murphy bed's matress was hard as a rock (bed that folds up into the wall), and given that there was neither a desk or suitable workspace in the room, not to mention no chest of drawers or space for clothes that don't hang on hangers, I don't know why a normal bed wouldn't do? Also, the hall ways have hard laminate floors, meaning that you hear everyone that walks by all night long. Again, chic, but not very practical....More
