This hotel is fantastic, and I recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Bratislava. I have been in Slovakia before, and been happy with accomodations, but this place truly exceeded all of my expectations. I was sad to leave! The staff is friendly, actually outgoing, and that by itself puts them head and shoulders above most others.. add the beautiful accomodations and, I think, a very reasonable price, and I am sure most people would love this place....More

Hotel Color
Seemed like it was a new facility and room was comfortable. Street car stop is very close and convenient. Front desk personnel are helpful and courteous. Breakfast variety was good, but the eggs and meat were never warm enough and were not restocked often enough. Rooms are supposed to be cleaned every other day, rather than daily. We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. Proper management and training of the staff will greatly improve the quality of your stay....More
