    Orchard Parade-A Far East Hotel
    I stayed in room 411 and all was great until I went to use the bathroom. There was mildew in the caulking and the porcelain soap dish was in need of cleaning as it had soap scum underneath the dish. The tub's hot water handle was broken and fell apart in my hand when I went to turn it on. I was only there for one night but if I had to stay longer I would have switched rooms. The view was that of another building so I wasn't impressed with the value of what I paid for. On the flipside; the location of the hotel is convenient for shopping and close to the MRT. Overall, it's a great place to drop in for a night but for longer stays I'd look elsewhere....More
