Sheraton Moorea Lagoon Resort and Spa
The hotel was fine. No major issues with the physical hotel itself. The location is by far its strongest point. The coral is amazing. The lagoon is about 4 feet deep all around the hotel. The lagoon is home to a huge array of fish (including sharks, rays, and eels). It was perfectly safe however. The water was amazing. The actual hotel itself was just okay. They were slow to respond to requests and often didn't follow-up with the guests. The front desk tried to be be helpful, but the supporting staff didn't respond to requests, i.e. I had asked for a set of towels and it took three hours to get them. I has also asked that the bulb in shower be fixed (I had asked everyday including sending an email to the manager) and this wasn't fixed during my stay (four days)....MoreHotels.com guest on January-02
