    Radisson SAS Hotel Lisbon
    The first night I stayed at this hotel they put me in a room with gross chips in the bathtub and the coffee hot water container did not work. They changed me to a different room when I complained but the next room also had chips in the bathtub. When traveling, I like to soak in a hot tub, but the tubs were not inviting. The next two nights I stayed, things were better. It was awful checking out of the hotel the first time as everyone at the front desk (customers, not agents) was smoking. The second time I stayed at the hotel, there was no place I could go to avoid the smoke except my room. I wanted to sit in the lounge and have a glass of wine, but everyone was smoking. I wanted to sit in the lobby, everyone was smoking, I wanted to go to dinner, everyone was smoking. I finaly found a table in the corner to have dinner to get as far as possible from the smoke....More
