    Caribe Playa Beach Resort
    Caribe Playa is a small lovely oasis for a getaway. The personnel were professional and helpful and the rooms quiet with exception to an occasional truck or car with music passing on the highway. Its a good place if you plan to just relax, read, take in the sun and get away from the larger cities as its a drive to the larger towns....More

    Gran Melia Puerto Rico
    We got a great deal on the room so we couldn't complain much. My only gripes was that food was too expensive at the hotel. Breakfast for 3 adults was $66.00 plus tip. I went offsite and got breakfast for $22.50 at a local spot ... highway robbery. The other thing that they can improve on is that the reception desk was rather slow to respond to questions/requests over the phone. Possibly due to staffing but if i'm paying i would like for someone to answer my questions. Finally the beach was rather rocky ... not to my liking ... but the pool made up for the not so impressive beach. All in all ... a good visit ... but will not be returning or recommending this hotel....More
