    San Juan Beach Hotel
    The hotel was in a good location in Condado right on the beach and most of the hotel lobby staff were friendly. However, the main problem I had with this hotel was we were not given any towels or face clothes after they had cleaned the room each day we stayed there. When we asked, it was like pulling teeth. They claim the delivery for the cleaned towels did not come but two days in a row is ridiculous. Not to mention, it took them a long time to finally bring some up and they never did bring us any face towels. Other problems we had is that I did not like the parking situation ($16/day was more expensive than most of the nicer hotels) and you still had to tip the attendent every time you got your vehicle out....More
