San Juan Beach Hotel
My room was on the ninth floor (1 from the top) and I could hear some sort of generator on the roof cycling every 20 minutes or so. I also had to ask for face towels every day as none were left with the regular room maintenance. On my third day there, the elevators broke and I had to walk up and down to my room (nine flights). Many people were checking out that evening. Also, the water in my room ran intermittently. While showering, brushing my teeth or shaving, the water would run for a few seconds, stop for a few and run again, etc. There was no internet access in the room, although it is advertised and there was so much static on the phone, you could not hold a conversation. Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino
Room was clean except for coffee cups. Bathroom felt worn/tired. Big concern with door to room. Doorframe was loose. Appears to have been a "forced entry" based on condition of molding inside. Not a good feeling. This should have been addressed before allowing other occupants. It should be noted that the front desk immediately changed my room to one with a more secure outside door....More

Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino
The hotel is beautiful. The only one thing that I would change is how much the staff knows about tourist areas... they know nothing. No one could point me in any direction. The hotel itself was nice, clean, comfortable. The A/C switch was broken and we couldn't get the darn thing to turn off and the shower was very hard measure it came either too cold or too hot. But because it's rather warm in PR neither made too much of a difference to me. I enjoyed my stay....More
