    Casa Bella B&B
We stayed at the Casa Bella for about 3 1/2 hours between a late arriving flight and an early departure, so we were not able to avail ourselves of all the hotel had to offer. What we did experience was OK- nothing wrong, but not spectacular. The airport pickup was about 15 minutes late, leaving us looking for a cab when he arrived. Even at the late hour, we were treated very well at the hotel as we checked in. It was supposed to be the "Matrimonial" room, but it seemed a small, albeit clean, room. We put a trash can and plastic bag on the bed to stop the water damage. After about an hour, I went down to the desk and asked for another room. The front desk clerk lied and told me they had no other rooms. Finally, someone came and checked the room and discovered the leak. We were stuck in the room until they bothered to come up, about two hours. They moved us to another room. (Had she thought we were making the story up?) Anyway, aside from the leak, the staff is crabby and arrogant. But the location is decent and the building is nice....More
