    Rendezvous Hotel Auckland
    I stayed here with a friend of mine for 3 days for a short vacation. The hotel was great! The staff was friendly, the service was outstanding and the facilities were as promised. The complimentary continental breakfast and cocktail hour (5:30-7:30, open bar and appetizers) were spectacular! The hotel is near a lot of shopping and restaurants.     Hyatt Regency Auckland
    This is one of the worst hotels we have ever encountered. Housekeeping "forgot" to leave several essentials items (eg. towels!) every day. Bellmen were almost non-existent. Dining room staff ignored guests who were eating there. The front desk staff were great, but they could not make up for the overall lack of quality of the staff....More
