The hotel is a good value for money. The room was comfortable; nothing to write home about...However, the thing that impressed me most was the Spa, which provided a professional and very nice massage to my aching body. Also, the bar downstairs had good, enjoyable Karaoke singers. The food was OK. The hotel has a very convenient location for people who want to visit China Town and be a local "culture vulture," or want to stay close to the PuduRaya bus-stop to go anywhere with ease. When staying at Swiss Garden Hotel, try the shanty tea-shop right in front. We had a breathtaking view of the pool and the museum across the street. We arrived at evening time and the lights were spectacular. The pool is open until 11 pm or so. Very enjoyable after a long day of sightseeing. The shower was wonderful. The Bellhop explained how things worked in the room. Very courteous staff. Very lovely lobby.
