    The front desk staff made every simple polite inquiry seem like a major imposition on their time. I accidentally left money in the room key folder when I checked out. This folder has the room # on it. I got to the airport before realising the error. I called and spoke to the women who I checked out with and she said they would check for it and I should call back in 15min. They said they found nothing. I know it was a boneheaded move on my part and what else would one expect. Honesty?...More

    Festival Plaza Hotel and Entertainment Resort
    They assume that if you book for two people you want one bed.. as two friends rtravelling together and for as the rooms were the same price we were NOT HAPPY to be told that despite our request we were automatically put in a room with one bed. We were told there was no rooms with two beds but suddenly discovered one... the very last room in the old section as far away as you can possibly get. The staff was rude, we didnt get enough towels..not enjoyable....More
