Hacienda Vista Real Resort & Spa
Overall, the hotel was very good. The room I stayed in was right behind the lobby which made it a bit noisy. There are nice amenities (pool, hot tub, shuttle to a private beach and two restaurants). The restaurants were OK and a bit overpriced for what you get. The room itself was clean and nice but felt damp. Service at the lobby was slow even though there were many employees present. We asked for an extra night of stay and were told that the rooms were all booked. We then checked on hotels.com and it showed as available (we did not pursue it further). The spa center was impressive but prices are steep....More

El Cid Granada
The room had a lot of space and it was very clean. The kitchen if fully equipped. The only negative was that the electric stove burner did get hot. We wanted to boil water for coffee...we were able to heat the water in the coffeemaker. Other than the stove not working, everything else worked great. The bathroom was clean but it had a smell....More

Villa Del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort and Spa
Villa Del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort and Spa is an outstanding resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the grounds keepers. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The pool and beach is kept in top shape, and you are and feel very secure. As posted in other reviews the restaurants can get a bit old with the choices since there are only two in the resort, however a 30 min sunset walk down the beach takes you to a little fishing village were you have a variety of restaurants for very little money. My wife and I had two full lobster dinners and drinks for $30.00 USD. This resort is a place to relax, with no nightlife to speak of; everything closes between 10 pm & 12 am depending on the day of the week. The only thing I complained about was the bed was very firm and un-comfortable; this seams to be a very common complaint. As for the Time Share Sales Pitch, yes they are going to hit you up as soon as you check in; it's up to you at this point. Yes or No and Stand Firm, they will back off and leave you alone. Now with all said and done, we have already re-booked for next year....More
