Reval Inn Klaipeda
Bright, cheerful, simple rooms. Most impressive, the outstanding staff. Very comfortable economy hotel conveniently located near the (walking distance) Acropolis (huge shopping mall) and the Smiltynës Perkëla ferry terminal. Way too far to walk to Central Klaipeda. If you've stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in the UK or USA, it's similar. Large bed, nice little desk workspace in the room with wireless and wired internet. Plenty of free parking. The outstanding staff: Despite my failed effort to find a rental car with unlimited kilometers, the front desk staff did so. They arranged everything and had the car delivered to the hotel. On my departure I left the car keys with the desk clerk. FANTASTIC! My only negative comment isn't really that bad. The hotel isn't centrally located in Old Town Klaipeda, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Klaipeda itself isn't much of a destination. The real reason to visit this area is to take the ferry to Smiltynes. For this, the hotel is GREAT, but you definitely need a rental car....More

Ramada Vilnius
The Ramada has a great location in Old Town Vilnius. We had a beautiful view of the Philharmonic outside our window. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices. The room was quite small, which would have been okay but they tried to put too much furniture into it, making it hard to get to the second bed or television. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were told there was parking, but not the very high cost, so we were glad we didn't need it....More

noisy room at busy traffic corner. spacious rooms. higher level quieter rooms are more expensive but hotels.com not noted. byo toiletries. excellent breakfast included in price. internet varies with network broadcast....More
