The quality of the rooms and service at this hotel are very good. In fact, the service was exceptional. The staff were very warm, helpful, and professional. The one issue we had was the location. It's reasonably close to the international airport (about 10 minutes by taxi), so if you're arriving late or departing early, this hotel could be a good choice. But be aware that it's quite far from Colombo (an hour by bus) and not particularly close to Negombo, and there's really nothing much to see or do in the surrounding area, so you'll probably be sitting around at the hotel during your stay. If all you need is a hotel close to the international airport, this would be a fine choice....More

The hotel was great. I'd been booked into a room with two single beds and only requested that they move them together so I could do stretching exercises for a lower back injury. Once they knew that, they upgraded me to an executive-level suite with king size bed....More

excellent hotel. Kitchen is great for longer stays though my stay was brief and I used room service, which was quite good. to get to airport, don't take hotel taxi--much more expensive than having the hotel concierge call you a taxi....More
