1.Misrepresentation of booked rooms should not occur.Guests should be advised accordinly if there's a problem and given the option to change.2.Rooms and shower area needs adequate lighting.3.Pathway lighting is a must for this hotel...witnessed several guests missing steps,including myself,because of improper lighting.4.Sewer smell coming from around back of the toilets of the first pool.5.Pools need to be maintained by qualified personnel as filtration and PH balance seems to be a problem in two of the pools.6.The Cove was the only acceptable restaurant,the others offered substandard substitutes in their menu.7.Guest Services staff needs to be more responsive to the needs and conserns of their guests.8.Bar attendants and overall service from this department was exceptional...these guys in my opinion is keeping the flag flying..keep it up!...More

Coco Palm
I suggest if you are coming from the US or traveling outside of the Island purchase before hand a phone card or have a cell phone that can call world wide my phone bill was almost $300.00 for the room. The call was $3.52 cents a minute. I was extremly upset about this because in my room there was a card that said I could receive calls from the US on this 888-***-**** number however that number did not work. Oh, and this creppy lizard crawled in my room. I called house keeping and the stepped on it. When she stepped on the lizard it kept moving after it was dead....More

I read the reviews of this hotel and they all seemed to good to believe, but with the reasonable nightly price we picked them anyhow. Let me be the one to promise you what an amazing time you'll have at the Coco Palm. The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant is delicious, and the staff all exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely one of the nicest places to stay on the island! "No pressure, no problems!!"...More
