Very clean, inviting rooms. Nicely decorated. Beds are firm. Staff very attentive and helpful to confused Americans. Lots of amenities in room, including Internet use, but I wonder why they have no wash cloths or hand soap?...More

    Lotte Hotel Ulsan
More luxury than was necessary for my husband and I on this trip to visit our son (very spacious room w/queen bed, table/chair, lounge chair, desk with internet connection, dressers/TV, shower/tub and toilet with bidet in large bathroom; huge lobby, business center, bridal shop, spa and exercise room for an extra fee, spendy restaurant with coffee for $7 to dinners starting at $20-25); but we found their English speaking concierge indispensible in assisting us with travel/sightseeing directions and resources. Excellent location near bus terminals and train; bus stops nearby for easy access to other areas in Ulsan.
