    St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino
    This hotel has the overall quality of a Marriott. But service leaves much to be desired. The first room we were given had thousands of bugs hovering around the door because of where the room was located. It was at the far end of the hotel, about a 4 minute walk from the main desk. When we complained we were told we could come back to the front desk to get our key! The bellhop never reappeared! Our 2nd room was an oceanview and was awesome. The staff wasn't very accommodating. Sometimes even unpleasant. The maintenance of the hotel (details like rust and chipping in the pool, etc.) were not understandable for a 5 year old property. Breakfast in the morning was great! The "fine dining" restaurant wasn't good. Overall, it was ok but the service was sub par....More

    Bird Rock Hotel
    The location is good and it's BEAUTIFUL, but the price of the meal was such a rip off, and they provide ride from airport for some guests but not all including myself. And maybe because it was a month after hurricane, the place was not well managed, for example, internet was down... other than that, it was OK hotel to stay....More
