Hotel needs some paint on their stairways and decks. A little run down. The room
itself was fine, a bit on the small side.
Location was good for us.
When we checked in they gave us an un-numbered key and a room number, but the one they gave us was occupied. A little unorganized.
Breakfast at Jasmine's (hotel restaurant)
was very good....More

St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino
Well if you're looking to only stay and play at the hotel, this is the place to be. The rooms, staff, and food were great but if you wanted to do anything around the island you had to take a 20 min cab ride and this gets expensive. When we complained we were told we could come back to the front desk to get our key! The bellhop never reappeared! Our 2nd room was an oceanview and was awesome. The staff wasn't very accommodating. Sometimes even unpleasant. The maintenance of the hotel (details like rust and chipping in the pool, etc.) were not understandable for a 5 year old property. Breakfast in the morning was great! The "fine dining" restaurant wasn't good. Overall, it was ok but the service was sub par....More
