    Hilton Nairobi
    The room was nothing special at all. No laundry service late Saturday when we got in or Sunday or early Moday morning before we left. A washer and dryer we could have used if the service was closed would have been nice. The food was terrible. One of the toughest steaks we had. Most meat in East AFrica is tough but I exspect better at the Hilton. Breakfast pastry, muffins etc were very dry. The pool had no water. Internet closed very early, why not leave it on all night?...More

    Boulevard Hotel
    When I got to the hotel, they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my paper work from Hotels.com and how I was already charged for my room. But because their records didn't show me, I had to pay again. So I would appreciate getting a refund from you for what I was charged by you....More
