    Keio Plaza Tokyo
    The staff is great. Minutes after arrival, I realized I had left my backpack inside the airport shuttle bus. I ran to the lobby and just said "I left my stuff in the bus." Before I finished the sentence, a doorman ran toward the next expected stop of the bus. Another person followed me, while communiting with the first using a walkie-talkie to give a description of the backpack. She assured me that they would retrive it and that I could stay inside the hotel. Minutes later, they came back with my backpack. The best service of the best....More

    Dai-Ichi Hotel - Tokyo
    The hotel and is a short walk away from the Ginza shopping district and dozens of places to eat. We had a great view of the city from our room. The only downside was the 90 minute limo-bus ride from Narita airport. Haneda airport is much closer....More

    Grand Prince Hotel Kyoto
