    Hotel Iroha Ryokan
While the rooms are in fact cute - the building is old and the lobby is in need of repair. We had a cute room on the 6th floor but it was an old building in need of work....More

    Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu
The Shibuya Excel Tokyu is one of the few hotels in Tokyo that offers triple rooms. Each of the three beds was just a little smaller than an American double bed--very spacious for one person, and could probably accommodate 2 kids. Worse of all is the porno tv preview that the hotel has in each room. We were aghast when we turned on the tv and saw very graphic porno scenes apparently to entice people to buy the shows. We had our children with us in another room and we warned them about it. They themselves were dismayed by the "weird Japanese tv". We hope that families bringing their children with them would reconsider staying in this hotel....More
