RIU Ocho Rios All Inclusive
Rooms weren't ready until almost 5:30pm. Bags never made it to the room, found them sitting at front desk and had to retrieve them myself and hour later.Front desk staff spoke spanish and didn't have a good handle on the english language. I would expect that in DR, PR or any spanish speaking country....not Jamaica. Food was in abundance but crappy and tasteless. No food reflecting the local cuisine whatsoever. Extensions given to call for restaurant reservations were always busy. When I finally got through, barely any dining options left. Nice looking room but it stunk like wet dog and the bed was really hard! Booooooo!...More

Fishermans Point Resort
The staff there were not friendly and they were very rude. The facility should be called Mosquito Point because of all the mosquitos that were in the room. Based on my experience I woul dnot recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff was not accommodating at all after I had to wait 2 hours to finally get my room changed and after 100 mosquito bites....More
