the location is good. the staff is not interested to look after the guests. If you are there it is ok if you are not there it is better. the bedlamp did not work prober but was not changed within 2 days. a very negativ point is that you have to pay a deposit for the TV remotecontrol. If you do that you have to wait till somebody coms into the room to program it....More

Toby's Resort
This is the second time we have stayed at the Toby's Resort. This time we decided not to pay extra for an upgraded room but thought the standard rooms certainly weren't worth the money we paid.(As indeed the upgraded rooms weren't either given the occupancy of the Hotel on both occasions). There were a lot of insects in the room which certainly detracted from our stay but having said this, given the lack of alternative options in the area, we would still return if we were using Montego Bay Airport. Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa
Staff is nice and friendly.....perfect for adults, couples, and kids....Good food.....nice activities.....would come back and stay at this hotel again with no problem.....and its worth the money to get all inclusive....because if not you will end up paying more for food in the long run....More
