Jamaica Pegasus Hotel
The service was good at the hotel. The staff treated us very well. Reading the other comments from previous guests, I did not expect too much. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was super. My family and I enjoyed it each day of the trip. I prefer to pay for meals in cash as opposed to charging it to the room. The currency exchange rate is better and you do not pay the service fee. I did not see too much of a shopping area nearby and you must be careful when visiting nearby shops. The security was very good. By American standards this hotel would rate two and a half stars out of five, however, I enjoyed my stay. If I travel to Kingston again, I would probably stay here....More

I LOVED THE RITZ AND WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK THERE. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF RESPONDED TO OUR REQUEST WITHIN MINUTES. THE WELCOMING CHAMPAGNE IN THE LOBBY WAS GREAT. I LOVED THE DECOR OF THE ROOM. I CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK. LOVED IT!...More

Knutsford Court Hotel
We arrived for a brief stay immediately following sever weather which caused some damage to the hotel. The pool was being worked on as a result of the storm and the power to our room had to be reduced. Traveling with children is a challenge when problems like this occur. We called the front desk and were immediately relocated and upgraded to their best suit which was fully functional. There was no additional cost. Big Up to the management of this hotel....More
