    We arrived on an early flight and got to the hotel around 8:00 a.m. Our room was ready and we were able to check in without a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant at the hotel was fantastic. Our room was also extremely comfortable, clean and quite large. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would probably stay here again if we return to Reykjavik....More

    Nice hotel, very comfortable room, the panorama lounge is great so upgrade for a business room if you can. It is walking distance to downtown, it is also close to the large shopping mall by car. The free parking is very practical. The breakfast is not great and definitely overpriced for what it is, but the bistrot is great for lunch and dinner....More

    Nice, upscale hotel for those looking for quality, comfort but not necessarily saving money. Great service at reception and the tour desk, and the room at clean, comfortable, and modern although, like other European hotels, not overly roomy. There is an available spa but you have to take advantage of it during the day as it closes fairly early. Considering the price we paid for the room, no breakfast was included and the hotel restaurant is pricy. The hotel is conveniently located to the "old" town and has a great view of the ocean and landscape behind. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, making access to the rest of town easy....More
