    Kilkenny River Court Hotel
This hotel has a excellent location, on the river across from Kilkenny Castle, and near the center of town. The rooms are typical hotel room, on the larger size, but nothing to overwhelming. In house bar is good. The hotel obviously caters to business guests. On our visit, parking was very difficult. We put in a request for a wake up call which never arrived, it took several trys to get the entry card working, and the in room internet did not work- had to use the Lobby, which was very busy. In other words, great location, mediocre hotel, but reasonable for the cost....More

    The Arlington Hotel, Temple Bar
I really liked it, the downstairs restaraunt / bar was really enjoyable. First time in Dublin. The Price was GREAT! I felt like I got a really good deal and was way worth it. I would've paid more. I'm usually skeptical on the food, but it was great. THe dinner and show was 29 Euros, not cheap but worth it. I was there by myself and was pleased. The temple bar area is literally right next door, its a great location and the staff was pretty nice. The only complaints is that the walls were a little thin, so sometimes you could hear a loud group of people, but I didn't mind. It wasn't that often, I would definately stay there again. NO doubts at all....More

    Trinity Capital Hotel
Trinity Capital Hotel is beautiful. I think I read some describe it as what a hotel designed by Tim Burton would look like, and I'd have to say that fits. The room was attractive, especially the spacious bathroom, and the hotel seems to be in good condition. The staff however didn't impress really. We arrived late, but the employee that checked us in wasn't overly friendly and when we checked out there was a new employee that didn't understand that we had prepaid for our room, so the checkout took forever. They do have free wi-fi in the lobby, which was helpful, and it's only a few blocks to the bus center on O'Connelly and the Temple Bar area. I'd give it 5 stars for appearances, but 3.5 stars for overall exerience....More
