    Hotel Tara Palace
    Despite it's somewhat scary and hard-to-find location down a small, dark, side alley in the busy (and somewhat run-down and dirty) market area, the hotel itself is more than adequate for tourists and business people who don't plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel. Rooms are surprisingly quiet even though they are right in the middle of things. Standard hotel bed, bath and TV that aren't luxurious but definitely meets the need. Complimentary breakfast is very good and the hotel staff are very, very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. And you can't beat the cost. I'd definitely stay there again....More
