    The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra
    I rushed through the Taj Mahal tour so I could get back to this hotel. I loved it. My only complaint--for god sake why can't you smoke somewhere out by the pool and out door bar seating?!...More

    The Oberoi, Bangalore
    The hotel itself is amazing, it is a garden of eden in the middle of a noisy and bustling city. However, you will still hear the beeping of the car horns in the room, which I think is unavoidable in any place you stay downtown. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and respond to any need very quickly. In-room dining and hotel restaurants were very good and reasonably priced for an expensive hotel. Never had a chance to relax, but the pool and spa looked very nice and relaxing. I did have an issue with the original room they put me in, as it was the room closest to the elevator, and I could hear the electrical/mechanical noises of the elevators going up and down. So I requested a room change and within minutes they were ready to move me to another room very far away from the elevator....More
