    Aston Bali Resort & Spa
    I thought this was going to be another typical indonesian hotel, it wasn't. It was a great hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were big and comfortable. The spa was great. We stayed here the night before we left. We went to the spa after we checked out to kill some time. Great place....More

    Grand Hyatt Jakarta
    This hotel is excellent because it's attached to the Plaza Indonesia Mall. Indonesia is not very safe for American's and it also have lots of bugs but staying at this hotel you do not need to go outside at all. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and all the restaurants are excellent but if you want to try some local foods then you can always goto the food court at the mall. In the mall there is even a grocery store....More

    The Mansion Resort Hotel & Spa
    I didn't want to stay at a generic chain resort that lacked personality and 'The Mansion' did not disapoint. The place has 25 rooms so it is quiet but opulent. The gardens and facilities are immaculate and superbly decorated with fantastic food, serene pools and gorgeous rooms. The spa was a bit expensive but well worth the price. The staff are so lovely, personable and helpful. (For fantastic tours ask for their driver, Gusty who went above and beyond the call of duty.) It wasn't absolutely perfect but that is the trade off for staying at a place that is truly Balinese. If it were seaside, I could have spent my entire holiday happily at 'The Mansion'....More
