A modern hotel in an excellent location. About 50 yards from the main Opera house and surrounded with fine shops and restaurants. Nice size room with great beds, cleaned thoroughly every day. A professional staff eager to assist in every way possible. We needed a a multi plug extension cord and it appeared instantly. An internet area with 4 computers, 24 hours a day, no charge for usage. Alfa Art Hotel
Hotel and staff very nice and helpful. Great breakfast and dining area. Sad parts were the hotel is very far from downtown and the shuttle they claim to have to take you there does not exist. You will pay at leats 30 US dollars by taxi to get you to town. Also taxi drivers show their anquish while driving because of the traffic. Too bad for such a nice place. My next trip to Budapest will find me downtown for sure. Pay the extra for a closer hotel and you will certainly save in the long run....More

This hotel has very large rooms however I don't understand why they could not have a room with a queen bed instead of 2 twin beds. Also, the breakfast is a set price and there is no a la carte menu. Breakfast was Ok but not great and expensive....More
