    Barcelo Guatemala City
    The hotel is located close to the airport with free airport shuttle. The surrounding area has lots of shops and restaurants so is in a perfect location. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. We used to stay at this hotel when it was the Marriott and it has since had a facelift -- rooms were clean and everything was in perfect order. It would have been nice if they had included breakfast with the price of the room. Will definitely stay there again if they keep prices down....More

    Hotel Princess Guatemala
    The reception personnel need to be more courteous. The voice mail in our room didn’t work, we ask about it and nothing was done to fixed it, but other than that the restaurants was great, the waiters and waitresses were wonderful. The room was always clean and when we ask for extra towels we had them....More

    Grand Tikal Futura Hotel
    I was dissapointed that I had to call in order to get a key to open the refrigerator door. (The refrigerator is not stocked, it is empty--which I already knew.) Also, the safe did not work, which was also very dissapointing....More
