    Airotel Parthenon
    The hotel is in a great location in the Plaka district, close to lots of stuff. The hotel itself was clean, but the rooms are a little basic. I think calling it a four star hotel might be a bit of a stretch. We also stayed at the Amalia Hotel (nearby, also four stars), but it the rooms were much nicer there....More

    Best Western Pythagorion Hotel
    The hotel has rooms that appear to be recently renovated. In general, it looks very comfortable and might be in the winter. But for a summer stay, this hotel was a huge disappointment. They claim to have an AC, but you cannot control the temperature from and the room got so hot that neither my husband or I could sleep. It was the worst night either of us have spent in a hotel. The neighborhood was also a little sketchy, at least at night (we didn't see it during the day). We arrived at 9pm and could not find a decent restaurant in the area....More
