The rooms are very big, almost suites. Very clean and comfortable. The second time I stayed there the phone in the room didn't seem to work properly, but I only needed to make a few calls and pay phones are close by. Staff are very friendly and hospitable, they provide free transportation to and from the Quito airport. Food in restaurant is good and not that expensive....More

Over all service was outstanding. It seemed that every employee was eager and very willing to make your stay comfortable. The restaurants located in the first floor of the hotel were outstanding as well. The hotel's location was very good it seemed that it was fairly nearby all the attractions that the city had to offer. Now the things that I was displeased with. There seemed to be a problem with the hotel's electricity, because it kept coming off and on. The rooms seemed very dated but not abused. It seems that all this hotel needs to be remodeled from the second floor on up. For the price I paid for I would not hesitate to stay there if were only passing through....More
