Ascot Hotel
A terrific old hotel. I gave the hotel and my stay there "straight A's" with my rating even though the elevator broke down (took an hour to fix), the internet connection didn't work for the first day of my two-day stay and they didn't seem that concerned about getting it up IMMEDIATELY, and the fact that I passed on the breakfast that was included with my package because at 9:30 am there was a huge line to get a roll and coffee that it was like a cattle call. So why did I give it straight A's? Because, the staff was great, and, hey!, it's Europe and you can't let the details get you down! We walked to the corner (about 50 yards) for breakfast at a cafe' and had a fabulous meal (albeit $25.US each)... if you're going to go to Copenhagen be prepared to spend lots of money on food.
