The hotel is clean and is close to the Charles Square subway and tram stations, making it farily easy to get around town and to the airport. One can walk to Wenceslas Square, Nove Mesto, and even Stare Mesto if you don't mind a stroll. Take Tram 22/23 to the castle. Its as close as you can get without breaking the bank, but there is nothing of interest n the immediate neighborhood. The staff had some challenges providing simple services like breaking moderatley sized bills or providing tram passes (they had some, sold them, and only restocked with just a couple). Room 001 is next to the elevator and main lobby, so it is noisy. Its a decent place to flop, but not a really nice place to hang out, and its priced accordingly. I was gone from early AM until late at night, so its fine for that purpose. Don't have high expectations and you'l be satisfied...More

Hotel Josef
Very modern yet comfortable hotel. The neighborhood was nice enough, a little off the main tourist areas, but very close to almost everything. Quite a nice feature actually. The 7th floor superior rooms with a balcony are great. Perfect for morning coffee and evening beers. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friend....More
