    Hotel Martino Spa and Resort
    This hotel was a nice distance from the San Jose airport, located in Alajuela (15 minute drive). The location was truly clost to perfect. You are surrounded by an old growth forest, but not too far from the major highways to access the Pacific or the Caribbean Oceans. For me, my business was in the outskirts of San Jose, making my commute extremely easy. It also meant that by extending my trip two extra days I was able to enjoy peace and quiet. The Hotel staff is exceptional. They are more than accommodating and working with me to maximize my time in CR. To anyone visiting, I would recommend going white water rafting. It was truly an adventure I will never forget. Also, if you need some relaxation, the spa was wonderful and they have a fairly large selections of services....More
