    Our stay at the San Luis was very pleasant, the only thing that really bothered me a lot was the attitude some of the receptionist and activities personel gave us.     Radisson Royal Hotel Cali
    Room lighting was extremely dark. Shower could use some major improvements. Shower heads should be cleaned of deposit build-up; might save the hotel on water bill. It took me almost an hour to shower because of scattered spray. No hot water for the first 20-minutes. Leaky faucet leaked water onto the bathroom floor during showering despite efforts to divert the leak....More
