The hotel and room were O.K. (acceptable), the food was very good (you also get to experience food from South America/Colombia),the hotel workers and Colombians were very nice. The trips to the islands were nice. The hotel shows were very good. The only problem was the numerous sales persons at the beach which don't let you rest. Unfortunately, the hotel has no control over this because is not a private beach. The sightseeing was good and interesting and book them thru the hotel. Overall, I had a great time....More

The Hotel is nice but the people who works there are the best. They care for everyone and try to do their best to make your stay more enjoyable. I stayed there for 7 days and I didn't want to come back home. I don't really like buffets in general but the ones on this hotel are great, a huge variery of delicious food, I loved it. The restaurants are great. They only bad think I would say about the hotel is that it needs a little bit more of handicapped accesiblility on the second floor where most of the restaurants are located.
