    Hotel Caribe Cartagena
    The drive to our hotel was a bit scary as the surrounding neighborhood doesn't seem all that safe. But do not worry, we walked around for days and it was a great location. You are about a 7 minute cab ride from the old walled city which was a bit disappointing, we thought we would be in walking distance. We were on the first floor and it was VERY loud in the mornings/evenings, so request to be on higher floor. The room was huge and the bed was pretty comfy. Decor was cute though the shower stall was a bit akward if you need to shave your legs. :) Overall we loved our hotel. It turned into the hot spot with all our friends b/c the pool was open 24H as well as the bar. People actually left the old walled city to come to our hotel to hang out! :)...More

    Decameron Cartagena All Inclusive
    My husband, 4 year old daugher and I stayed there 3 nights in January and we enjoyed every second of our stay. the easy access to the beach, all drinks included, nightly shows and renovation of certain floors like the one we stayed in floor 22, was really nice. People were very friendly, food was okay but could have been a bit better. The hotel is very clean, and everything you need is there inside. Few advices, having an oceanview is nice, but be aware of the noice, might as well have an inside room like ours, but not have any noise at night, and last the tour service at the hotel is pricey, search through other agents or tours, b/c it makes a big difference they will still pick you up there, only difference is less $....More

    Hotel Almirante Cartagena Estelar
    The Almirante was a very good hotel for Colombia. You have adequate hot water and water pressure on the first 10 floors. A quest staying on the 21st floor said he could not regulate the hot water and the pressure was less than adequate. The breakfast was included with the room and was good. The only complaint I have was being charged 6,500 peso for a coke which is around 3.25 US. The juice is included with breakfast, so drink the juice. Most rooms have a view of the beach which is directly in front and is nice....More
