Holiday Inn Express Puerto Montt
Well, maybe I'm not so used to great level of American quality of service (I'm originally from Russia) - but for such a small money we paid it was just a whole bunch above my expectations. Right on Route 66, across "authentic" Wild West-styled bar with cheap and good beer, with breakfast, TV, air conditioner, heater, all working, etc - I just couldn't believe it was real. Highly recommend to others and will definitely stay there again should I have a chance to go to the Grand Canyon again....More

Breakfast was very good,and lots of useful info posted at the breakfast room. Hotel personnel was extremely helpful and responsive, always ready to help with a good attitude. Rooms very clean and everything in the building looks brand new. Great neighborhood, close to subway, supermarkets, shopping, etc. The only minor negative thing was the size of the bathroom; too small, and a little unconfortable, even unsafe if we were older or overweighted guests, but as I said, just a minor disconfort compared to our overall extremely positive experience. Great value!!! The free 24h internet was definately a plus!!!...More
